We are thrilled to announce a significant achievement for the IMPROVE project! Our very own AinoAid™ service solution has been honoured with the Thematic Award for "best innovation with direct support to citizens" at the European Commission's (EC) Security Innovation Award 2025. The awards ceremony took place on June 24th in Warsaw as part of the prestigious Security Research Event.
This recognition highlights AinoAid's crucial role in developing advanced solutions to safeguard our society and protect our citizens, a core objective of the IMPROVE project. The EC writes:
“The thematic award for the ‘best innovation with direct support to citizens’ went to AinoAid™ service solution. The AinoAid™ service is a chatbot and knowledge bank offering guidance, information, and assistance for people seeking help with their close relationships, particularly in matters of domestic violence.”
The Security Innovation Award celebrates visionary projects from Horizon Europe that demonstrate outstanding and mature innovations. Among many excellent applications, AinoAid™ stood out for its direct and impactful support to citizens, aligning perfectly with the IMPROVE project's commitment to creating practical, user-centric solutions.
This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire IMPROVE team and especially our partners, We Encourage, who are developing AinoAid™. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and remain committed to further enhancing AinoAid™'s capabilities to provide compassionate and effective support to those who need it most.
