Valencia awarded for Good Practices against Violence against Women

We are pleased to share that the Valencia City Council, through the efforts of the Valencia Local Police (PLV), was recognised in the 9th Contest for Good Practices against Violence against Women, organised by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).

The award was granted in the category “Assistance, Help, and Protection” for our contribution to the IMPROVE project, particularly for the development and testing of the AinoAid™ chatbot that provides support and protection to victims of gender-based violence.

The award ceremony took place on March 24 at FEMP headquarters in Madrid and was attended by over 60 representatives working in the field of Equality, including mayors, councillors, and national authorities such as the President of the FEMP and the Government Delegate against Gender-Based Violence from the Spanish Ministry of Equality.
